Understanding the rarity tiers is essential — what to keep, where to place it, and what order to upgrade in all depend on this.
Common
Early-game filler. Fine for filling slots and baseline income, but you'll need to replace them long term.
Rare & Epic
The mid-game backbone. Income is solid and defending them is manageable. This tier is what carries you to Legendary.
Legendary
You become a big target. Center placement plus max locks are essential. Losing one Legendary means hours of progress gone.
Mythic / Secret
End-game flex. They rarely drop. Once you get one, tighten your security setup even more.
